In 2000, after completing the first phase of their restoration of The Historic Benner Mansion, Innkeeper Siobhan “Sam” Bennett and Martin Estrada were honored with a National Historic Preservation commendation presented by the West Park Civic Associations at the historic Arborgast and Bastian building, now home to the America On Wheels Museum.
